Ryan Shaw, Partner for The INS Companies, joined INS in 2013 as a Proposal Specialist and has played a key role in quality control services, primarily leading our proposal development process, reviewing financial and market conduct examination reports, and supervising various initiatives within the organization. Mr. Shaw will continue in this role, focusing mainly on actuarial related proposal composition and management while also serving on our leadership team.
